THE AGENTS

Five agents. One engine.

Intel, Capture, Relationship, BD, Proposal — five agents, each owning a lane in your BD week. They run on one engine, Praetor, and read from your firm's own institutional memory.

Intel
INTEL AGENT
ALWAYS ON

You never miss a notice that fits your firm.

Scans the federal contracting feed end-to-end, every day. It knows your fit profile — your NAICS codes, target agencies, set-asides, ceiling, and the past performance your workspace already holds — and grades every new notice against it. The ones worth a look get pushed into your pipeline before you've had coffee.

WATCHES

SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, and agency forecast releases — continuously.

DOES

Scores every new notice against your firm profile (NAICS, set-asides, target agencies, ceiling).

PRODUCES

Scored opportunities in your pipeline, ranked by fit to your firm.

Capture
CAPTURE AGENT
ON A NEW PURSUIT

You walk into capture review with a draft plan.

When a pursuit hits your pipeline, it reads the solicitation against your firm's own win/loss history and goes to work. The fit signals that decide a bid. Incumbent analysis. Three win-theme starters. A today / this-week / this-month action plan. By the time you open the file, the capture brief is waiting.

WATCHES

The solicitation, your firm's past pursuits, and the incumbent record.

DOES

Weighs the fit signals that decide a bid, runs incumbent analysis, drafts win themes, and lays out a time-bucketed capture playbook.

PRODUCES

A capture read — go / caution / pass signals with the reasoning behind each — a capture brief, and three win-theme starters.

Relationship
RELATIONSHIP AGENT
CONTINUOUS

You know which partner is worth a call this week.

Federal contracting is a relationship business. It maps the network around every pursuit — incumbents, teaming partners, agency POs, recent award histories, and protest patterns — and flags the call that moves a pursuit forward. Not who to follow up with someday. Who to call this week.

WATCHES

USAspending awards, protest filings, recent contract activity, and the agency contact network.

DOES

Maps the relationship web around opportunities; tracks incumbents, teaming partners, and agency program offices.

PRODUCES

Partner suggestions worth a call this week, incumbent threat ledger updates, and contact records.

BD
BD AGENT
DAILY BRIEF

You open one tab and know where the day stands.

It is built to assemble a single Command Brief from everything that moved across all four surfaces. What's bid-ready today. What's about to slip. Which recompete, new award, or protest signal changes a pursuit's posture. One page, configured around your firm's operating rhythm.

WATCHES

Your pipeline state and everything that moved across the four surfaces overnight.

DOES

Assembles a daily executive brief, ranks decisions you need to make today.

PRODUCES

Your Command Brief on a single page, ordered by what's bid-ready first.

Proposal
PROPOSAL AGENT
ON DEMAND

Your response is structured to L and M before you write.

When it's time to write, it pulls win themes, your firm's own past performance, and capture notes into a proposal outline — already mapped to the solicitation's Section L and Section M, with a compliance matrix. You're not starting from a blank page. You're editing.

WATCHES

The solicitation's Section L and Section M, your past performance, your capture notes.

DOES

Pulls win themes, your firm's past performance, and capture notes into a structured proposal outline.

PRODUCES

A proposal outline mapped to Section L and M, with a compliance matrix and win themes pulled in.

THE ENGINE

The engine is called Praetor.

One engine runs under all five agents. We call it Praetor — and the part we built is the GovCon judgment: the Section L and M fluency, the per-firm isolation, the fit scoring. We built the layer that knows federal contracting, not a generic chatbot pointed at SAM.gov.

It knows Section L and Section M. It knows the SAM.gov rhythms, the language contracting officers use, the difference between a real recompete and a forecast-padded fish story, and how a small federal shop wins against a prime.

A praetor was the Roman magistrate who heard the evidence and ruled. Praetor does that for your pipeline: it weighs every pursuit against your firm's own record and renders a judgment it can defend, with the reason and the source behind it. It doesn't hype your pipeline. It judges it.

Same engine. Five jobs. One workspace.
